Carolyn is returning to the SRVUSD administrative team following a three-year stint in Pleasanton Unified as Vice Principal at Pleasanton Middle School.  Prior to that, Carolyn was a Special Education Program Supervisor with the District for two years and a Resource Teacher at Live Oak for seven years. Carolyn also taught at Hayward Unified and at St. Philip Lutheran School in Dublin. As Assistant Principal, Carolyn demonstrated the ability to think critically, build relational trust among colleagues, and provide effective ongoing support to students, staff and families. Her familiarity with the Live Oak community and SRVUSD, combined with her extensive experience as a Special Education teacher and Program Supervisor, will make her a strong and compelling new addition to her school community and our administrative team. Carolyn earned her B.A. and Master of Science degrees from Cal State University, East Bay.

Hello, My name is Melanie Jensen. I have been with Live Oak since the opening in 2007, and with the SRVUSD since 2003.  I was raised in the East Bay, and move to San Ramon over 25 years ago.  My husband and I have two daughters who came through the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.

Hello, my name is Sandi Moeller and I am an office assistant and health para at Live Oak. I have been working for various schools within SRVUSD since 2011. I am originally from the east coast and have lived in this area since 2003. My husband and I have three amazing sons and one silly dog!

I am excited to be returning to Live Oak and continuing to assist our administrative team in providing the necessary resources for students to be successful along their academic journey. Implementing essential tools to help your child find success in this rapidly changing world is crucial in your child's education. This year I will be serving as Live Oak TSA-Admin on a full time basis.

I am originally from Orange County in Southern California. I attended the University of California at San Diego obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in East Asian History and Chemistry. After working in the banking industry, I decided to return to school at Cal State Fullerton where I earned my Teaching Credential. I obtained my administrative credential along with my Master's in Educational Leadership from California State University, East Bay.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wife, 2 daughters, and son. We enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and taking trips exploring this great state.
